PCR1993217AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 217-93 SW 1/4 OF SECTION 11 FOR MIKE STOCKTON (S77 W15555 WOODS ROAD) 0 APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR TWO LOTS IN THE WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on November 23, 1993, for a land division for two lots in the SW 1/4 of Section 11, and WHEREAS, This land is presently zoned RS-2 which requires a minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and a minimum average width of 110 feet and both parcels appear to meet the lot size and width requirements of the district, and WHEREAS, Both lots are proposed to have access from Woods Road, and WHEREAS, Lot 1 currently has sewer service from Woods Road and Lot 2 is proposed to have sewer service from a future sewer North Subdivision. . to be installed within an easement in Outlot #1 of Foxboro THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be receptive to a Certified.Survey Map being submitted creating a land division for two lots in the SW 1/4 of Section 11 by Mike Stockton subject to clarification by the Developers of Foxboro North Subdivision regarding the location of the proposed sewer easement and Lot 2's potential access to the sewer within said easement, and acquisition of lands from said developer for the purpose of obtaining driveway access to Woods Road with the understanding that said driveway shall not be located on a sewer easement. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to Committee. sewer allocations being granted by the Public Utilities will be required at the time of submittal of the Certified Survey map.
