APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
S81 W19077 APOLLO DRIVE
WHEREAS, JSE Investments submitted, on November 23, 1993,
RESOLUTION 216-93
FOR JSE INVESTMENTS LOCATED AT
an amended Building, Site, and Operation plan to allow a 7,548
sq. ft. warehouse addition, and
WHEREAS, The submitted plan include the site plan, floor
plan, building elevations, landscape plan, lighting plan and
did not include site grading plan, and
WHEREAS, Access to the property is from Apollo Drive and
Mercury Drive, and
WHEREAS, The submitted plans meet the requirements of the
Rules and Regulations of the Muskego Business/Industrial Park.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended Building, Site, and Operation plan for JSE
Investments to allow a 7,548 sq. ft. warehouse addition (as
depicted on the plans dated received November 23, 1993) located
at S81 W19077 Apollo Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Building, Site and
Operation Plans be in conformance with the the Rules and
Regulations of the Muskego/Industrial Park dated July 28, 1970.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the site plan (Dated received
November 23, 1993) is to be kept on file at the City of Muskego.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the petitioner is required to
work with John Loughney, Super Intendant of the Public Works
Department, to provide a suitable clean out for the culvert
along Mercury Drive.
