APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR TWO LOTS
IN THE NE 1/4 SECTION 17
FOR EDWARD LANKE
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on November 22, 1993, for a
land division/reconfiguration resulting in the creation of two
(2) parcels in the NE 1/4 of Section 19, and
WHEREAS, This proposed land division is a reconfiguration of
will create two parcels instead of the existing three, and
a previously approved Certified Survey Map; said reconfiguration
WHEREAS, This land is presently zoned 1-1 Industrial Park
which requires a minimum lot size of 40,000 square feet and a
minimum average width of 1500 feet and both the parcels appear
to meet the lot size and width requirements of the district, and
WHEREAS, The forthcoming Certified Survey Map is required by
ordinance to preclude the creation of a substandard parcel in
width requirements, and
consideration of both minimum square footage and minimum lot
WHEREAS, The resulting parcels to be illustrated on the
forthcoming Certified Survey Map meet the requirements of 1-1
Zoning District and the proposed parcels currently have all
Apollo Drive and Mercury Drive.
0 utilities available with access to both parcels available from
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission Will be
receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted by Edward
Lanke for the creation of a land division/reconfiguration
resulting in two (2) lots in the NE 1/4 of Section 17 subject to
the City finding that it is not, at this time, interested in
pursuing the purchase of these particular pieces of land.
