RE-APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
LOCATED IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 7, TOWN OF NORWAY
BY AMERICAN SURVEYING COMPANY, INC. FOR THE K.R.R. PROPERTY
(2) parcel land division was submitted by American Engineering
WHEREAS, An Extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for a two
NE 1/4 of Section 7 in the Town of Norway, and
for the K.R.R. Property on June 18, 1993, to divide land in the
Certified Survey Map through Resolution #P.C. 131-93 on July 6,
Certified Survey Map through Resolution #180-93 on July 13,
1993, and the Common Council approved an Extraterritorial

WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved an Extraterritorial
