PCR1993212RESOLUTION 212-93 AMENDED APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN BY (EIGHT FAMILIES) LOCATED IN THE PLUM CREEK EAST SUBDIVISION IN LOSEE ti ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR PLUM CREEK EAST APARTMENTS THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 17 granted in concept RS-2/0PD Zoning District, and WHEREAS, The Common Council approved Ordinance #761 which the road pattern to access the site, and WHEREAS, The site plan shows the layout of the building and WHEREAS, The City of Muskego requires all eight (8) families recycling bin for each building and none have been indicated on to provide an adequately screened area for a dumpster and the plans, and family lots on Lots 1 - 7, and WHEREAS, The site plan indicates all seven (7) of the eight WHEREAS, The proposed buildings have a revised grading plan. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the Building, Site and Operation Plan dated (received) November 4, 1993, subject to the addition of a dumpster and recycling bin with adequate screening for each eight family and Committee. a revised grading plan being approved by the Public Works BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the dumpsters will be adequately screened with a wood stockade fence that is compatible with the color of the buildings, that the dumpsters are to be located on concrete pads and will be located in the Director prior to a building permit being issued. The building general areas marked on Exhibit A and reviewed by the Plan exterior will be at least 50% brick, if additional brick is required to meet the 50% brick requirement it will be added to the rear elevation gables on each building.
