APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR TWO PARCELS IN THE
SE 1/4 OF SECTION 11 BY METROPOLITAN ENGINEERING
OF THE BART2 PROPERTY
land division for two parcels in the SE 1/4 of Section 11, and
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on November 5, 1993, for a
WHEREAS, This land is presently zoned RS-2 which requires a
minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and a minimum average
width of 110 feet for the RS-2 district, and
WHEREAS, Sanitary sewer may be available from Velva
Drive, and
WHEREAS, Access would be from Velva Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a
land division for two parcels in the SE 1/4 of Section 11 by
Metropolitan Engineering of the Bartz Property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
sewer allocation being granted by the Public Utilities
Committee.
