SE 1/4 OF SECTION 18 AND NE 1/4 SECTION 19
FOR WAYNE SALENTINE, BOB PELZMANN, & ED KOTNIK
land division for three lots in the SE 1/4 of Section 18 and
the NE 1/4 of Section 19, and
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on October 27, 1993, for a
requires a minimum lot size of 120,000 square feet and a
minimum average width of 300 feet and all the parcels appear to
meet the lot size and width requirements of the district, and
WHEREAS, This land is presently zoned A-Agriculture which
WHEREAS, The lots will are proposed to have access from
Hillendale Drive, and
WHEREAS, Evidence of a favorable perc test for all the
parcels have not been received.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a
the NE 1/4 of Section 19 by Wayne Salentine, Bob Pelzmann and
land division for three lots in the SE 1/4 of Section 18 and
Ed Kotnik subject to receipt of favorable perc tests for all
the parcels from Waukesha County.
