APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT ONE PERMANENT NON-ILLUMINATED TWO SIDED

SIGN FOR CHAMBER'S DENTAL GROUP LOCATED AT
S76 W17619 JANESVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, Chamber's Dental Group has requested one permanent
non-illuminated two sided sign 6' x 5' located at S76 W17619
Janesville Road, and
would be 60', and
WHEREAS, The setback from the centerline of Janesville Road
WHEREAS, The proposed sign will be installed 42' from the
center line of Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, The proposed sign is 18 square feet which meets the
allowance of the 8-3 Zoning District (refer to the 8-2 Zoning
District), and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
permanent non-illuminated two sided sign 6' x 5' for Chamber's
Dental Group located at 576 W17619 Janesville Road subject to the
requirements of the 8-2 Zoning District, any necessary variance's
being granted from the Board of Appeals for the location of the
sign and that the sign be in conformance with the submitted sketch.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign must be located outside
of the road right-of-way if a variance can not be obtained.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a sian permit is reauired to be
obtained from the Building- Inspection Department prior to erecting
the sign.
