RESOLUTION #P.C. 205-93
REZONING TO ADD ADDITIONAL LANDS LOCATED
IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 11
to amend the Official Zoning Map of the City of Muskego for the
property located in the NE 1/4 of Section 11 from RS-3 to
RS-3/0IP to add additional land to Kurth Park, and
WHEREAS, A petition has been filed by the City of Muskego
approved Lutsch Estates Subdivision from which the City and the
Developer negotiated for the purchase of land, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission and Common Council have
WHEREAS, The City has approved the purchase of land for
park purposes and the Developer has transferred title to the
City for the purpose of adding park land to the existing Kurth
Park.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission
recommends that the zoning be changed from RS-3 to RS-3/0IP to
allow for additional lands to be added to Kurth Park in the NE
1/4 of Section 11 and that upon approval of the rezoning by the
Common Council, the Official Zoning Map be amended.
