APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
NW 1/4 OF SECTION 18, TOWN OF NORWAY
division was submitted by Quality Homes, Inc. in the NE 1/4 of
Section 17 and the NW 1/4 of Section 18, in the Town of Norway,
and
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a three (3) lot land
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction
approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's
subdivision regulations, and
within their jurisdiction.
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
division by Quality Homes, Inc. located in the NE 1/4 of
the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for three (3) land
Section 17 and the NW 1/4 of Section 18 in the Town of Norway.
