RESOLUTION 201-93
AMENDED
APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
A-1 STORAGE INC. LOCATED AT S83 W18550 SATURN DRIVE
WHEREAS, Mr. Jim Hayden, of A-1 Storage Inc. submitted,
on October 6 1993, an amended Building, Site, and Operation
plan to allow outdoor storage, and
Building, Site and Operation plan through Resolution #P.C.
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on May 2, 1989, adopted a
65-89 and amended that Building, Site and Operation plan
through Resolution #P.C. 65-89, by approving two buildings for
storage subject to landscaping and fencing, and amended that
Building, Site and Operation plan through Resolution #P.C.
199-90, signage and lighting plans.
WHEREAS, The original requirements for fencing,
landscaping, and asphalting have not been completed, and
WHEREAS, The submitted plans indicate a revised landscape
plan which includes the revised existing entry, and
WHEREAS, The Deed Restrictions of the Muskego Business
Industrial park state that "All material or products stored
outside must be behind the building setback line from the
street and must be screened from view from the street with
