TO ALLOW FOR AN EXISTING 50' X 100' ACCESSORY BUILDING TO BE
USED FOR "GENERAL MERCHANDISING AND WHOLESALE ESTABLISHMENT"

subject to Section 17:6.03 of the City's Code of Ordinances and
