PCR1993198APPROVAL OF ONE TEMPORARY SIGN BY CARITY LAND CORP. FOR PLUM RESOLUTION #P.C. 198-93 CREEK EAST SUBDIVISION TO BE LOCATED ON THE CORNER OF JANESVILLE ROAD AND FOREST GLEN DRIVE WHEREAS, The Carity Land Corp. is requesting approval for one year for one on-site sign which is a non-illuminated painted plywood 4'x 8' in size and are to be used for advertising the Plum Creek East Subdivision, and WHEREAS, The sign is to be installed in conformance with the signage setbacks and will be placed outside of the Janesville Road and WEPCO Right-of-way area, and type and size of signage for a period not to exceed one year for temporary on-site signs. WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has authority to approve the THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve one non-illuminated 4' X 8' temporary sign to be located in the NE 1/4 of Section 17 at the SW corner of Janesville Road and Forest Glen Drive and that the signs be placed in conformance with Section 17:6.09 of the City's Municipal Code. a BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the on-site signs shall be allowed for a period not to exceed one (1) year as specified in Section 17:6.09 (12) C. and that the sign shall be designed and located in conformance with the submitted application. obtained from the Building Inspection Department prior to erecting the signs.
