APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN BY
ANDERSON - ASHTON , INC. FOR AMERICAN SEWER SERVICE
LOCATED AT W145 56522 TESS CORNERS DRIVE
WHEREAS, Anderson - Ashton, Inc. submitted, on October 6,
1993, a Building, Site, and Operation plan to allow
construction of a 9,200 square foot building to be located at
W145 S6522 Tess Corners Drive, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission adopted a amended Building,
August 18, 1987 with six conditions, and
Site and Operation Plan through Resolution #P.C. 109-87 on
WHEREAS, A recent inspection of the property has revealed
substantial compliance with all the conditions of Resolution
#P.C. 109-87 except #6, and
plantings which may serve to replace the original landscape
WHEREAS, The submitted landscape plan shows adequate
requirements of Resolution #P.C. 109-87, and
WHEREAS, The submitted plans include the site plan,
plan, and the lighting plans and signage plans have not been
foundation plan, floor plan, building elevations, and landscape
submitted, and
WHEREAS, The submitted plans do not provide the necessary
50' setback required in the 1-1 Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, Access to the property will be provided from the
extension of Tess Corners Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Building, Site, and Operation plan by Anderson - Ashton,
Inc. for American Sewer Service subject to the approval of the
lighting and signage plans and the proposed building must be
relocated to conform with the 50' setback requirements.
