PCR1993195RESOLUTION #P.C. 195-93 RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL TO REZONE PROPERTY IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 17, FROM RS-2 TO RS-2/0PD TO ALLOW RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT FOR PLUM CREEK, PLUM CREEX ADDT.#l & PLUM CREEK EAST WHEREAS, A petition has been filed by Plum Creek, Plum Creek Addt. #1 and Plum Creek East to amend the Official Zoning Map of the City of Muskego for the property located in the SW 1/4 of Section 17 from RS-2 Suburban Residence to District to allow the development of lots with varying lot RS-2/OPD Suburban Residence/Overlay Planned Development sizes from 20,000 square feet to 80,000 square feet, and Greenhaven Court, North of Woods Road, South of Janesville WHEREAS, The parcel is on the east side of the existing Road and will be incorporated into Plum Creek Addt. #1, and compatible with the surrounding area, and is surrounded by residential development and the request is THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends that the zoning be changed from RS-2 Suburban Development Distr'ict to allow residential development and that Residence to RS-2/0PD Suburban Residence/Overlay Planned upon the approval of the rezoning by the Common Council, the Official Zoning Map be amended.
