IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 16
Land Division for one parcel in the SW 1/4 of Section 16 in the
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on September 30, 1993 for a
Muskego Industrial Park for the City of Muskego, by Ruekert and
Mielke, and
approximately 107,174 sq. ft., and
WHEREAS, The land division proposes to create one parcel of
lot size of 40,000 square feet and a minimum averaae width of
WHEREAS, This land is zoned 1-1 which requires a minimum
150 feet and the lot-meets the requirements of I-lazoning
District, and
access to the property from Enterprise Drive.
WHEREAS, The proposed lot has all utilities available with
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a
land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 16 for the City of
Muskego in the Muskego Industrial Park.
