AMENDED
APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR TWO LOTS IN THE
NE 1/4 OF SECTION 1 FOR JOHN & BONNIE DOMINSKI
a land division for two lots in the NE 1/4 of Section 1, and
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on September 23, 1993, for
minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and a minimum average
width of 110 feet and both the parcels appear to meet the lot
size and width requirements of the district, and
WHEREAS, This land is presently zoned RS-2 which requires a
Drive and Lot 1 is proposing to have access from Janesville
Road, and
WHEREAS, Lot 2 is proposed to have access from Kipling
WHEREAS, There are two lateral stubs existing in Kipling
Drive which could be used to service Lot 2 and could also
could possibly be serviced from Janesville Road if a lateral
service Lot 1 with an utility easement across Lot 2 or Lot 1
stub is installed, because currently none exists.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a
land division for two lot in the NE 1/4 of Section 1 by John &
Bonnie Dominski subject to clarification from the County
regarding the access points for the proposed Lot #1 and the
property to the east of this proposed land division.
sewer allocations being granted by the Public Utilities
Committee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
Plan Commission
