WAUBEESEE LAKE PARK ESTATES IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 18,
TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A Extraterritorial Final Plat for Waubeesee Lake
Park Estates in the NE 1/4 of Section 18, in the Town of Norway
was submitted on September 22, 1993, for a 6 lot subdivision,
and
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The subdivision is located within the jurisdiction
through Resolution #P.C. 68-93 by the Plan Commission and a
Revised Extraterritorial Preliminary Plat was approved through
Resolution #P.C.97-93, and
WHEREAS, A Extraterritorial Preliminary Plat was approved
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the Extraterritorial Final
Plat for Waubeesee Lake Park Estates in the NE 1/4 of Section
18, in the Town of Norway and recommends approval to the Common
Council subject to all fees being paid.
