APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
BY DE QUARDO h ASSOCIATES INC. FOR AIRKEM INC.
LOCATED AT S83 W18770 SATURN DRIVE
September 10, 1993, an amended Building, Site, and Operation
plan for AirKem Inc. to allow a 85' x 76' warehouse addition,
and
WHEREAS, De Quardo h Associates Inc. submitted, on
plan, building elevations, lighting plan and did not include
WHEREAS, The submitted plan include the site plan, floor
site grading plan and a landscape plan, and
WHEREAS, Access to the property is from Saturn Drive and
Mercury Drive, and
WHEREAS, The submitted plans meet the requirements of the
Rules and Regulations of the Muskego Business/Industrial Park.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended Building, Site, and Operation plan for AirKem
Inc. to allow a 85' x 76' warehouse addition (as depicted on
the plans dated received September 10, 1993) located at S83
W18770 Saturn Drive.
Operation Plans be in conformance with the the Rules and
Regulations of the Muskego/Industrial Park dated July 28, 1970.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Building, Site and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the site plan (Dated received
September 10, 1993) is to be kept on file at the City of
Muskego.
