ASPHALT INC. IN THE MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, Morton Buildings, Inc. submitted, on September 10,
construction of a 4,500 square foot building in the
1993, a Building, Site, and Operation plan to allow
Muskego/Business Industrial Park to be located on Enterprise
Drive, and
WHEREAS, The submitted plans include the site plan, floor
plan, building elevations, landscape plan, and did not include
lighting plans, site grading plan, and signage plans, and
WHEREAS, There will be approximately 1,800 square feet of
office space and 2,700 square feet of heated storage and
maintenance area,

WHEREAS, The fl Zquare feet behind the proposed building
will be enclosed with a 6' high slated chain-link fence topped
with three strands of barbed wire and this area will have 6" of
compacted stone, and
WHEREAS, Access to the property will be provided from 0 Enterprise Drive, and
WHEREAS, The submitted plans meet the requirements of the
Rules and Regulations of the Muskego Business/Industrial Park.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Building, Site, and Operation plan for the Merit Asphalt,
Inc. subject to:
1. Garbage dumpster(s) shall be screened in conformance with
the Rules and Regulations of the Muskego Business/Industrial
Park and be placed on the south side of the building.

2. The submittal and approval of the lighting plans and site

with the Rules and Regulations of the Muskego Business /
Industrial Park dated July 28, 1970.
4. That the proposed asphalt parking lot maintain the 5' off
of the property line.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That signage be submitted to the
Plan Commission for approval.
