PCR1993183aAPPROVAL OF A SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE 12' X 16' LOCATED AT 570 W17235 KIRKWOOD DRIVE FOR JACK GALKOWSKI RESOLUTION #P.C. 183-93 submitted on September 7, 1993 by Jack Galkowski to construct a W17235 Kirkwood Drive, and 12' X 16' second garage structure at the residence located at S70 WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was setbacks of the RS-2 Zoning District and the architectural appearance would be compatible with the applicant's residence and surrounding area, and WHEREAS, The location of the second garage will meet the WHEREAS, The second garage structure is intended to be used tools, bicycle's, ski equipment (both water and snow) and all for the personal storage of lawn mower, snow blower, saw's and purpose storage and the Plan Commission has authority to approve the type and size of second garage structures. WHEREAS, The Plan Commission can approve second garage structures up to 60% of the foot print of the house (not including attached garage) and the size of the second garage structure meets that requirement. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the Galkowski. second garage structure, not to exceed 192 square feet, for Jack BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT, A building permit is required prior to construction of the building.
