submitted on September 7, 1993 by Jack Galkowski to construct a
W17235 Kirkwood Drive, and
12' X 16' second garage structure at the residence located at S70
WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was
setbacks of the RS-2 Zoning District and the architectural
appearance would be compatible with the applicant's residence and
surrounding area, and
WHEREAS, The location of the second garage will meet the
WHEREAS, The second garage structure is intended to be used

purpose storage and the Plan Commission has authority to approve

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT, A building permit is required
prior to construction of the building.
