OFFICE TRAILER BY DENNIS KASIAN OF GREEN ACRES NURSERIES
APPROVAL OF CHRISTMAS TREE STAND, TEMPORARY SIGNAGE AND
LOCATED IN THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE PARKING LOT
AT THE PARKLAND MALL
AMENDED
Christmas Tree Stand with a 8' x 15' office trailer and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to place a temporary fenced in
temporary signage in the parking lot of Parkland Mall by Dennis
Kasian of Green Acres Nurseries, and
WHEREAS, The office trailer will not be used for sleeping
purposes and will be occupied only during the requested hours
of operation, and
WHEREAS, The applicant proposes two 4' x 8'non-illuminated
wood signs being located 4' off the ground and not in the base
under 17:6.09(12), and
setback line, which signs will be considered temporary signs
WHEREAS, The fenced in Christmas Tree Stand will not be
located within the road right-of-way, and
WHEREAS, The proposed stand will be in operation from
November 25, 1994 to December 25, 1993 and the hours of
operation will be Monday through Friday from 1O:OO a.m. until
9:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.
WHEREAS, Polacheck Management Corp. has a lease agreement
with Green Acres Nursery which includes a provision to provide
electrical service for this operation and any such extension of
service must be reviewed by the City Electrical Inspector, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the temporary fenced in Christmas Tree Stand 100' x 90' with a
8' x 15' office trailer and temporary signage in the parking
lot of Parkland Mall by Dennis Kasian of Green Acres
Nurseries subject to approval by the City Electrical Inspector
of any electrical extension and obtaining any necessary sign
permits from the Building Dept.
