AMENDED
APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP OF TWO (2) PARCELS IN
THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 32 BY METROPOLITAN ENGINEERING
FOR RON & JUDITH PETERS
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on August 27,
1993, for a two (2) parcel land division in the SW 1/4 of
Section 32, and
WHEREAS, This proposed land division is a redivision of a
previously approved Certified Survey Map, and
WHEREAS, This land is presently zoned RS-2 which requires a
minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and a minimum average
width of 110 feet and the parcels appear to meet the lot size
or width requirements, and
WHEREAS, The proposed properties have sewer connections
available from Racine Ave. from the Norway Sewer District, and
WHEREAS, Access to the properties is from Racine Avenue and
Waukesha County Department of Transportation has approved a
total of three access points for any configuration of lots.
0 the Revised Certified Survey Map by Metropolitan Engineering
and recommend approval to the Common Council subject to
for Ron and Judith Peters located in the SW 1/4 of Section 32
approval of the City Engineer, approval of the Waukesha County
Department of Transportation and payment of all applicable fees
in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a note be placed on the face
of the Certified Survey Map noting the shared driveway of Lot 3
and Parcel 5.
from CSM #4989 and Parcel 4 and the shared driveway of Parcel 4
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That if any of the outbuildings
located on Lot 4 exceed the 1% requirement those buildings will
be removed.
