PCR19931770 Approval to Amend Resolution #P.C. 235-92 for Russell Kilps "Approval of Final Plat for Kelly Estates Subdivision SW 1/4 of Section 9 and NW 1/4 of Section 16 (Between Kelly and Lions Park Drive) for Russell Kilps RESOLUTION #P.C. 177-93 WHEREAS, The City Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P.C. 235-92 which was the approval of final plat for Kelly Estates Subdivision SW 1/4 of Section 9 and NW 1/4 of Section 16 (between Kelly and Lions Park Drive), and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission in its decision determined that all six (6) of the duplexes will be required to be approve via site plan to be presented to the Plan Commission at one time and deed restrictions will be required with site plan approval, and the City will be receptive to approving the Final Plat subject to the following conditions: WHEREAS, The Plan Commission in its decision stated that 1. Duplexes will also have an attached two car garage for each unit. 2. All six (6) of the duplexes will be required to be approved via site plan to be presented to the Plan Commission at one time and deed restrictions will be required with the site plan approval. 3. Connect bike path between lots 6 and 7 to the WEPCO Right-of-way via an eight foot wide paved surface utilizing a 15' easement and along lots 5 and 8 a sidewalk to be compatible with Willow Pond. 0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego hereby determines that the site plans for the above stated duplex lots may be submitted separately for each plans. lot subject to the driveway locations being noted on the site BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City of Muskego will approve this subject to the amended Deed Restrictions being recorded within 30 days of the date of adoption by the Plan Commission.
