RESOLUTION # P.C. 174-93
APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP OF FOUR (4) PARCELS
IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 11 METROPOLITAN ENGINEERING
FOR THE BELSHA PROPERTY
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on August 25,
1993, by Metropolitan Engineering for a four (4) lot land
division in the NE 1/4 of Section 11, and
Sketch for a four (4) parcel land division through Resolution
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on August 17, 1993 approved a
#P.C. 164-93 subject to the sewer allocations being granted by
the Public Utilities Committee.
WHEREAS, This land is presently zoned RS-2 and RS-3 which
requires a minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and a minimum
average width of 110 feet for the RS-2 District and a minimum
lots size of 15,000 square feet and a minimum average width of
100 square feet for the RS-3 District and the parcels meet the
lot size and width requirements of the Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, Sanitary sewer and access to the properties is
available from Hidden Creek Court, and
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
I the Certified Survey Map for Metropolitan Engineering located
in the NE 1/4 of Section 11 and recommend approval to the
Common Council subject to the installation of the skeletal
storm. sewer, to approval of the City Engineer and payment of
all applicable fees in Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a note be placed on the face
