APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
RESOLUTION #P.C.173-93
RAYMOND INGOLD LOCATED AT 576 W17501 JANESVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, Mr. Raymond Ingold submitted, on August 13,
construction of a two story 22.17' x 41.67' addition to connect
1993, an amended Building, Site, and Operation plan to allow
the existing buildings, and
building elevations, and
WHEREAS, The submitted plans include the site plan and
Road, and
WHEREAS, Access to the property is provided from Janesville
double faced sign and the proposed location of the sign would
be in the base setback.
WHEREAS, The proposed sign is a 4' x 6' non-illuminated
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended Building, Site, and Operation plan for Raymond
Ingold subject to a sidewalk being installed to City specs
along Janesville Road, that the petitioner provide the Director
with the necessary information of the distance from the curb to
the building on the properties adjacent to his property along
with the distance of his building to the curb to determine the
necessity of a Board of Appeals variance regarding the
Appeals granting a variance for the location of the proposed
nonconformity of the building location, and to the Board of
