RAYMOND INGOLD LOCATED AT 576 W17501 JANESVILLE ROAD
1993, an amended Building, Site, and Operation plan to allow
WHEREAS, Mr. Raymond Ingold submitted, on August 13,
construction of a two story 22.17' x 41.67' addition to connect
the existing buildings, and
WHEREAS, The submitted plans include the site plan and
building elevations, and
WHEREAS, Access to the property is provided from Janesville
Road, and
WHEREAS, The proposed sign is a 4' x 6' non-illuminated
double faced sign and the proposed location of the sign would
be in the base setback.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended Building, Site, and Operation plan for Raymond
Ingold subject to the Board of Appeals granting a variance
for the location of the proposed sign.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the amended site plan (Dated
received August 13, 1993) is to be kept on file at-the City of
Muskego.
