PCR1993172RESOLUTION #P.C. 172-93 IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 18 AND THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 19, RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL TO REZONE PROPERTY TAX KEY #s 2232.983 & #2233.997 FROM EA TO A TO ALLOW RESIDENTIAL & AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT FOR KENNETH PURDY WHEREAS, A petition has been filed by Kenneth Purdy to amend the Official Zoning Map of the City of Muskego for the property located in the SE 1/4 of Section 18 & in the NE 1/4 of Section 19 (Tax Key #2232.983 & 2233.997) from EA - Exclusive Aqriculture to A - Aqricultural District to allow a single family residential and agricultural development, and Drive, South of Janesville Road and is surrounded by low WHEREAS, The parcel is on the west side of Hillendale density agricultural and rural residential development and the request is compatible with the surrounding area and with the zoning which was in place at the time the City entered into the Exclusive Agriculture program, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends that the zoning be changed from EA - Exclusive Agriculture to A - Aqricultural District to allow single family residential and agricultural development and that upon the approval of the rezoning by the Common Council, the Official Zoning Map be amended.
