APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR KIMBERLY ESTATES
RESOLUTION #P.C. 171-93
IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 18 BY
METROPOLITAN ENGINEERING
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat was submitted on July 22, 1993,
by Metropolitan Engineering for Larry Yaeger, to divide
property in the NE 1/4 of Section 18 into twenty-seven (27)
single family lots, and
WHEREAS, The lots meet the lot size and width requirements
of the RS-1 Zoning District and a Sketch for the Land Division
was approved through amended Resolution #P.C. 123-93, and
WHEREAS, The Preliminary Plat substantially conforms to the
previously approved sketch wherein the lots meet the minimum
size and width requirements of the RS-1 Zoning District
requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Preliminary Plat for Kimberly Estates in the NE 1/4 of
Section 18 by Metropolitan Engineering and will be receptive to
a Final Plat being submitted subject to:
1. The remarks of the Waukesha County Park and Planning
Plat.
being addressed on the Final Plat.
2. The requirements of the City Engineers in their review,
Consumer Protection being addressed on the Final Plat.
3. The requirements of the Department of Agriculture, Trade and
a Commission dated August 3, 1993 being addressed on the Final
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That any remaining lands from the
storm water retention area on Lot 4 or Lot 5 will be added to
the adjacent lot and that the path be a hard surfaced public
access with posts installed near the access to the County Park.
