APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP BY
LOCATED IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 3, TOWN OF NORWAY
division plus one outlot was submitted by American Surveying WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land
Co., Inc. for the Dale h Debra Anderson property in the SW 1/4
of Section 3, in the Town of Norway, and
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction
approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's
subdivision regulations, and
within their jurisdiction.
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for two (2) lots and
one outlot land division by American Surveying Co., Inc. for
the Dale & Debra Anderson located in the SW 1/4 of Section 3 in
the Town of Norway.
