RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED
RESOLUTION #P.C.168-93
AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 18 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
Chapter 18 of the Municipal Code, and
WHEREAS, The Land Division Ordinance is contained in
1972 and became effective August 23, 1972, and
WHEREAS, The Land Division Ordinance was adopted August 14,
WHEREAS, It is necessary to amend said Chapter from time to
time.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission Of
the City of Muskego recommends that the Common Council repeal
and recreate Chapter 18 of the Municipal Code (Land Division
Ordinance) as attached.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego recommends that the Common Council repeal and
recreate Chapter 18 of the Municipal Code (Land Division
Ordinance) as attached with the following amendments:
1. Delete SECTION 11.0 ROAD VACATION under the Table of
Contents:
2. Add illustration #1 on page 15;
3. Under Section 18.0702 Required Information change it to
read as follows: ... existing structures, including square
property lines, and the. .. and also to read: ... drainage
footage and horizontal offset to existing and/or proposed
ditches, existing property lines of abutting property, and...
4. Add Table 1 on page 70:
5. Add the Appendix.
