PCR1993167RESOLUTION 167-93 AMENDED APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN BY LANG CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR THE COUNTRY SQUIRE LOCATED AT 572 W16373 JANESVILLE ROAD WHEREAS, Lang Construction, on August 6, 1993, submitted an amended Building, Site, and Operation plan to allow construction of a 24' X 42' garage on the property, and WHEREAS, Lang Construction is proposing to construct a 24' X 42' garage in the SE corner of the property, and that the property has been used as a tavern and residence since WHEREAS, There is evidence in the Building Department files 1958, and WHEREAS, Section 17:6.03 (2) F 1 of the Municipal Code states that "A use which existed lawfully on a lot at the time permitted only as a conditional grant, shall automatically be said lot was placed in a district where such use would be granted conditional use status." and the tavern and residence use is permitted under that Section, and WHEREAS, The 8-4 Zoning District (refers to the B-1 Zoning District) permits under Section 17:8.11 (7) B 1.e "Other permitted", and structures or use normally accessory to the principal uses WHEREAS, The garage will be used for the storage of personal items of the property owner such as 2 cars, a restored 1970 Super Sport Monte Carlo, and other personal items and kids toys, and WHEREAS, The purpose of the request is to create enough storage which will eliminate the present outside storage of these items. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the amended Building, Site, and Operation plan for the Country Squire subject to the garage meeting the height and offset requirements of the B-4 Zoning District. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the site plan (Dated received August 6, 1993) is to be kept on file at the City of Muskego. recorded within 30 days and that a public hearing is not necessary. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a Conditional Use Grant be City of Muskego Plan Commission Adopted 08-17-93 Defeated Deferred 08-11-93
