APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR SIX LOTS IN THE
NE 1/4 OF SECTION 11 BY METROPOLITAN ENGINEERING
RESOLUTION #P.C. 164-93
OF THE BELSHA PROPERTY
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on August 6, 1993, for a
land division for six parcels in the NE 1/4 of Section 11, and
WHEREAS, This land is presently zoned RS-2 and RS-3 which
requires a minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and a minimum
average width of 110 feet for the RS-2 district and a minimum
lot size of 15,000 square feet and a minimum average width of
100 square feet for the RS-3 district and all the parcels
excluding parcel 1 appear to meet the lot size and width
requirements of these districts, and
WHEREAS, Parcel 1 is partially zoned RS-2 and RS-3 and the
lot size is within 10% of the RS-2 zoning district, and
Drive and Hidden Creek Court.
WHEREAS, Sewer service and access would be from Durham
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a Preliminary Plat or a Certified Survey Map being
submitted creating a land division for six lots or for three
lots in the NE 1/4 of Section 11 by Metropolitan Engineering.
sewer allocations being granted by the Public Utilities
Committee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
Plan Commission
