PCR1993162RESOLUTION #P.C. 162-93 APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR ONE PARCEL IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 19 BY BRIAN & HEIDI MARTIN WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on August’3, 1993, for a land division for one parcel consisting of approximately one (1) acre in the SE 1/4 of Section 19 near the intersection of Hillendale and Henneberry Drives, and WHEREAS, This land is presently zoned EA which requires a minimum lot size of 35 acres and which also permits the creation of individual lots for those to be occupied by a person who, or a family at least one member of which, earns a the parcel, or is a parent or child of the operator of the substantial part of their livelihood from farm operations on farm, and WHEREAS, It has been the interpretation of the zoning District regulations and the parcel appears to meet said lot ordinance that the creation of the lot must meet the R-3 Zoning size and width requirements, and WHEREAS, Evidence of favorable perc test for the parcel has not been received, and WHEREAS, Access to the property is from Hillendale Drive. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a land division in the SE 1/4 of Section 19 by Brian & Heidi Martin.
