submitted on August 4, 1993 by Robert Pipkin to construct a
24' X 34' second garage structure at the residence located at SI3
W14454 Woods Road, and
WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was
setbacks of the RS-2 Zoning District and the architectural
WHEREAS, The location of the second garage will meet the
appearance would be compatible with the applicant's residence and
surrounding area, and
WHEREAS, The property is approximately 3.6 acres and second
garage structures up to 1% of the lot area are permitted under the
RCE Zoning District where the lot exceeds 120,000 sq. ft., and
WHEREAS, The second garage structure is intended to be used
for the personal storage of garden tractor, auto and other garden
equipment and the Plan Commission has authority to approve the
type and size of second garage structures.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
second garage structure, not to exceed 816 square feet, for Robert
Pipkin.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT, A building permit is required
prior to construction of the building.
