PCR1993160APPROVAL TO AMEND RESOLUTION #P.C. 86-92 FOR ALLAN BIEWER RESOLUTION #P.C. 160-93 THE MULTI-FAMILY USE OF AN EXISTING STRUCTURE CONVERTING THE "DISAPPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE GRANT TO ALLOW BUSINESS PORTION AT Wl80 57795 PIONEER DRIVE INTO A DUPLEX" WHEREAS, The City Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P.C. 86-92 which was the disapproval of a request for a Conditional Use Grant to allow the multi-family use of an existing structure by converting the business portion of the building at W180 S7795 Pioneer Drive into a duplex, and that the property is entirely within the Dam Failure Flooding Limits as presently defined by the City's Engineer and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and the City Attorney's recommendation is to not approve the Conditional Use Grant until such time as the Dam Failure Flooding Limits are removed from the property, and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission in its decision determined WHEREAS, The Plan Commission in its decision stated that Grant upon the removal of the zoning which designates the Dam the City will be receptive to approving the Conditional Use Failure Flooding Limits. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego hereby determines that the above property would be suitable for a duplex as a Conditional Use Grant in the B-1 Zoning District and will so grant the Conditional Use Grant Dam Failure Flooding Limits. upon the removal of the Floodplain Zoning designation under the City of Muskego Plan Commission Adopted 08-17-93 Defeated Deferred 08-10-93
