LE MAY'S LONG LAKE ACRES IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 7,
APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL FINAL PLAT FOR
TOWN OF NORWAY
Lake Acres Subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section I in the Town
of Norway was submitted on July 16, 1993, for a 12 lot
subdivision, and
WHEREAS, A Extraterritorial Final Plat for Le May's Long
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The subdivision is located within the jurisdiction
through Resolution #P.C. 69-93 by the Plan Commission and a
Revised Extraterritorial Preliminary Plat was approved through
Resolution #P.C.154-93, and
WHEREAS, A Extraterritorial Preliminary Plat was approved
of August 3, 1993 have been rectified to the satisfaction of
Racine County.
City of Muskego does hereby approve the Extraterritorial Final
Plat in the NE 1/4 of Section I in the Town of Norway and
recommends approval to the Common Council subject to all fees
