RE-APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR THREE PARCELS

BY METROPOLITAN ENGINEERING FOR DAVID C. LUDWIG h
JUDITH M. STRAMPE IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 11
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on May 5,
1993, by Metropolitan Engineering for David C. Ludwig h Judith
M. Strampe for a three (3) parcel land division in the SW 1/4
of Section 11, and
a Sketch for a three (3) parcel land division through
Resolution #P.C. 234-92 and approved a Certified Survey Map
through Resolution #P.C. 97-93 on June 1, 1993, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission, on October 20, 1992, approved
Survey Map which is not recorded within 30 days of Plan
Commission approval, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission must re-approve any Certified
WHEREAS, The three lots meet the requirements of RS-2
Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, The parcels are proposed to be served by municipal
sewer, with access to the property from Mystic Drive, and
WHEREAS, This Certified Survey Map is a reconfiguration of
the original Certified Survey Map with the same amount of
parcels.
the Certified Survey Map for a three (3) parcel land division
in the SW 1/4 of Section 11 by Metropolitan Engineering for
David C. Ludwig and Judith M. Strampe and recommend approval to
the Common Council subject to approval of the City Engineers
and payment of all applicable fees in Section 10 of the Land
Division Ordinance and subject to a dedication being made on
Parcel 1, as recommended by the Public Works Committee, for the
realignment of Mystic Drive, and that Parcel 1 have access only
off of Mystic Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the radius for said dedication
be approved by the City Engineer.
