PCR1993155AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 155-93 RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF REZONING FROM RSM(TAX KEY #2198.998) AND RSA (TAX KEY #2198.985) TO 8-4 IN THE NW 1/4 FOR LYNN KURER h WAYNE BUSHBERGER AND JEAN h MATHILDE FETHIERE OF SECTION 10 AT THE NE CORNER OF JANESVILLE ROAD AND BAY LANE property in the NW 1/4 of Section 10 from RSM h RSA to B-4 for WHEREAS, A petition has been submitted to rezone the the purpose of development of a one (1) acre parcel and a 3/4 acre parcel, and WHEREAS, This property is directly north of commercial development and Guernsey Meadows Subdivision which is a single development, and on the north and east by agriculture land, and family residential area, bordered on the west by commercial WHEREAS, These properties are depicted on the future land use map as high density residential, however, the text of the future land use plan describes the area between Bay Lane h Pioneer Drive as the City's downtown commercial core, and WHEREAS, A Public Hearing is scheduled to be held before the Common Council on August 10, 1993 to consider the petition. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommend to the Common Council that the rezoning request from RSA E, RSM to 8-4 be approved for the two properties in the NW 1/4 of Section 10 for Lynn Kurer h Wayne Bushberger and Jean h Mathilde Fethiere. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the property should be zoned B-4 with 18 units allowed under the RSM Zoning District. Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted 08-03-93 Defeated Deferred 07-27-93
