APPROVAL OF REVISED EXTRATERRITORIAL PRELIMINARY PLAT
FOR LE MAY'S LONG LAKE ACRES IN THE NE 1/4 OF
SECTION 7, TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A Revised Extraterritorial Preliminary Plat for
Le May's Long Lake Acres Subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section
7 in the Town of Norway was submitted on March 25, 1993, for a
12 lot subdivision, and
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego.
WHEREAS, The subdivision is located within the jurisdiction
through Resolution #P.C. 69-93 by the Plan Commission.
WHEREAS, A Extraterritorial Preliminary Plat was approved
meets all of the required changes from the Racine County
Division of Planning and Development.
WHEREAS, This revised Extraterritorial Preliminary Plat
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the Revised
Extraterritorial Preliminary Plat in the NE 1/4 of Section 7 in
the Town of Norway and recommends approval to the Common
Council subject to all fees being paid.
