RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF A REVISED FEE
SCHEDULE FOR THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT
AMENDED
Commission require the submittal of a review fee, and
WHEREAS, All actions which are brought before the Plan
several years, and
WHEREAS, The current fee structure has not been amended for
Floodplain Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 17, the Zoning Ordinance
and Chapter 18, the Land Division Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, The review fee's are set forth in Chapter 14, the
WHEREAS, It is necessary to amend said fees from time to
time .
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego recommends that the Common Council amend
the appropriate sections of Chapters 14, 17 & 18 to reflect the
following fees:
