AMENDED
APPROVAL OF PARKING DUMP TRUCKS/TRACTOR
THOMAS DAHLMAN
WHEREAS, It is permitted in Section 6.04(4)G.2.c that the
Plan Commission may permit additional parking of trucks and
equipment if in their opinion the area is predominately
undeveloped and shall set forth the terms and conditions of the
permit for a three year period, and
WHEREAS, In Section 6.074(4)G.4.c it defines predominantly
undeveloped as an area where there are no more than three (3)
homes within a radius of 800' of the proposed parking site.
Truck Parking at S91 W12847 Boxhorn Drive for the following
trucks and equipment:
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
1. One 24' Oil Truck
2. Three Dozers
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the location of the parked
trucks and/or the location of the building housing the trucks
shall be located at least 800' from three (3) homes not
including the applicants. e
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will
review this Truck parking permit at the first meeting in March
of 1997.
