AMENDED
APPROVAL OF A REVISED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
CAPTAIN JACK'S TOMATOES, INC. LOCATED AT
S83 W18890 SATURN DRIVE, MUSKEG0
WHEREAS, On January 15, 1993 the Plan Commission approved a
Building, Site and Operation Plan for Captain Jack's Tomatoes,
Inc. located at 583 W18890 Saturn Drive subject several
conditions one of which was that lighting details had to be
approved by the Plan Commission.
WHEREAS, The Petitioner is requesting 8' x 22' concrete slab
on the west side of the building to allow for the placement of
two cooling units, and
requirements listed in #3 of the Rules and Regulations of the
Muskego Business/Industrial Park which states that no parking or
storage of company owned trucks, products, or equipment shall be
permitted in the sideyards, and
WHEREAS, The submitted revision does not meet the
plan, if the units are placed on the north side of the building.
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission can approve the amended site
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
Tomatoes, Inc. at S83 W18890 Saturn Drive subject to the
the Revised Building, Site and Operation plan for Captain Jack's
placement of the units on the north side of the building
subject to a 4' fence to visually screen the units.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission herebv
approve the lighting plan as submitted on this date (July 20,
1993).
