LOCATED AT 576 W17871 JANESVILLE ROAD
(JOHNNY‘S PETROLEUM)
WHEREAS, In Resolution #P.C. 66-91-A, the Plan Commission
granted an expansion to Conditional Use #15 for Johnny’s
Petroleum at S76 W17871 Janesville Road subject to the following
conditions:
the fenced storage area located at the rear of the existing

in the outside storage area.
5. That the vehicles remaining in the outdoor storage area
shall enter or exit only during normal business hours which are
7 AM to 7 PM Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 6 PM on Saturday and
closed on Sunday except for the towed vehicles.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the permit is for a one year
period with yearly review by the Plan Commission.
