APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP OF ONE (1) LOT BY
RAYMOND INGOLD IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 9
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on June
28, 1993, for Mr. Raymond Ingold for a one (1) lot land division
in the SE 1/4 of Section 9, and
Sketch for a one (1) lot land division through Resolution #P.C.
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on May 18, 1993 approved a
109-93 subject to the following:
and 2196.953.002.
1. The vacating of the two lots known as Tax Key #s 2196.953.001
the RS-3 Zoning District, and
2. The lot meeting the square footage and width requirements of
WHEREAS, The lot meets the lot size and width requirements
of RS-3 Suburban Residence Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, The lot would have access off of Westwood Drive
with sewer provided, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for Raymond Ingold located in the SE
1/4 of Section 9 subject to the vacating of the two lots known
as Tax Key #s 2196.953.001 and 2196.953.002.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
Certified Survey Map for a one (1) parcel land division in the
SE 1/4 of Section 9 for Raymond Ingold and recommend approval to
the Common Council subject to approval of the City Engineer and
payment of all applicable fees in Section 10 of the Land
Division Ordinance.
