EXTRACTIVE SAND AND GRAVEL OPERATION AT
received a petition for renewal of the Conditional Use Grant
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
#lo2 for sand and gravel extraction at 571 W13219 Tess Corners
Drive, and
and
WHEREAS, An extractive permit fee of $300.00 has been paid,
WHEREAS, The necessary public hearing has been held.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend approval to the Common
Council for the renewal of the permit and the Conditional Use
Grant #lo2 at S71 W13219 Tess Corners Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the permit is for a one year
period with yearly review by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the yearly review will be held
during the first meeting in March of 1994 and be held the first
meeting of March thereafter.
