WHEREAS, A Sketch for this subdivision was approved through
Resolution #P.C. 43-92 and a Preliminary Plat for 10 lots was
approved through Resolution #P.C. 112-92 and the Preliminary
Plat was approved by the Common Council through Resolution
#148-92, and
Preliminary Plat approved in Resolution #P.C. 43-92, and
WHEREAS, The Final Plat substantially conforms to the
has responded to the plat with a Conditional Certification of No
WHEREAS, The Waukesha County Park and Planning Commission
Objection subject to a note being placed on the Final Plat
indicating that Outlot 1 will be owned by the City of Muskego

WHEREAS, The City Engineers reviewed the plat and responded

Consumer Protection has yet to responded to this Plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve the Final Plat subject to the final
Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection, Waukesha County Park
recommendations of the State of Wisconsin Department of
and Planning, the City Engineer, approval of a Subdivider's
Agreement, any required Easement Documents, Construction Plans
(grading plan) and payment of all applicable fees in Section 10
of the Land Division Ordinance.
