592 W19918 HENNEBERRY DRIVE
APPROVAL TO RENEW PERMIT FOR DOG KENNEL BY LEE SHANE
WHEREAS, Lee Shane, 592 W19918 Henneberry Drive was granted
a Conditional Use Grant on April 15, 1980 to permit the
operation of a dog kennel, and
and
WHEREAS, Annual review by the Plan Commission is required,
time, and
WHEREAS, One year extensions have been granted since that
#8,1 was approved July 15, 1986, and
WHEREAS, An approval of expansion of Conditional Use Grant
#E1 was approved April 21, 1992, and
WHEREAS, An approval of expansion of Conditional Use Grant
regarding the kennel nor its operation.
WHEREAS, The department has not received any complaints
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby grant an extension of Conditional
Use Grant #E1 for the operation of a dog kennel for one more
year.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the operation shall again be
reviewed at the first Plan Commission meeting in March of 1994.
