RE-APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR TWO PARCELS BY
IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 30 FOR MR. DICK HARTMAN
1992, by Mr. Dick Hartman for a two (2) parcel land division in
the SW 1/4 of Section 30, and
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on November 13,
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission, on November 3, 1992 approved a
Sketch for a two (2) lot land division through Resolution #P.C.
245-92 and approved a Certified Survey Map through Resolution
#P.C. 262-92 on December 1, 1992, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission must re-approve any Certified
Commission approval, and
Survey Map which is not recorded within 30 days of Plan
District, and
WHEREAS, The two lots meet the requirements of EA Zoning
for the proposed 3 acre parcel.
WHEREAS, The City has received approval of the mound system
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for a two (2) parcel land division in
the SW 1/4 of Section 30 for Mr. Dick Hartman and recommend
approval to the Common Council subject to approval of the City
Engineers and payment of all applicable fees in Section 10 of
the Land Division Ordinance.
