APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR THREE PARCELS IN THE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 140-93
SE 1/4 OF SECTION 8 AND THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 9 BY
METROPOLITAN ENGINEERING
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on June 25, 1993, for a land
division for three parcels consisting of approximately 15,460
sq. ft., 11,290 sq. ft., and 18,140 sq. ft. respectively, in the
SE 1/4 of Section 8 and SW 1/4 of Section 9, and
WHEREAS, This land is presently zoned RS-3/0ED/OLS which
requires a minimum lot size of 9,900 square feet and a minimum
average width of 66 feet and the parcels appear to meet the lot
size and width requirements, and
WHEREAS, Sanitary sewer is available from Lions Park Drive,
and
WHEREAS, Access to the properties is from Lions Park Drive.
WHEREAS, An additional maintenance easement might be needed
to access the silt trap box lying adjacent to the existing storm
sewer easement.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a
land division in the SE 1/4 of Section 8 and SW 1/4 of Section
9 by Metropolitan Engineering subject to the FEMA 100 year
flood line and the two feet above the FEMA line being depicted
on the Certified Survey Map, along with the Ordinary High Water
Mark as approved by DNR.
